We were the developers on this project. We worked alongside Barrick Benson who helped us acquire the land for this project. It took us 6 months to build and we sold all three units within 24 hours. The city was doing a sewer expansion throughthe duration of the project which made access more difficult, this required more communication between team members and earlier arrival.
