Zach founded Waltier Homes with a vision of building a construction company that operates differently — one built on relationships, not transactions. With an MBA and over a decade of hands-on construction experience, he brings both business acumen and deep technical knowledge to every project. Zach is personally involved in each build, ensuring the Waltier standard is maintained from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
