We built this high-efficiency cottage for a family in West Seattle. It's intent is generational living, they were planning for elderly parents to live with them and in stead of buying a bigger home, they built this beautiful DADU in their existing home's backyard. Key features of this DADU are the luxury Bellmont cabinets and an ERV that will keep air quality high.
